Gentle Dental Eagan is an in network provider for most insurance companies.
However, if we are out of your network
we will still take the time to explain
what your insurance will cover and file a claim for you.
Please bring your insurance information with you on your first visit.
Insurance plans generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost.
Unless other arrangements have been made, we ask that you pay
your portion of the bill at the time of treatment.
It is your responsibliity to pay any balance not paid by your insurance company.

Many insurance plans still pay for dental care even if you are OUT OF NETWORK.

5% Discount Plan
Receive a 5% discount if your balance is paid in full at each appointment.
We accept Mastercard/Visa/Check/Cash
1/2 Down and Balance in 60 Days
Pay 1/2 Down at the start of treatment and pay the remaining balance in monthly installments.
Any unpaid balance may be subject to an 18% APR on the entire balance owed.
You will also be responsible for any collection charges or legal fees if your account becomes delinquent.
Co-Payment
We may require a Co-Payment at each appointment.
You will be notified if this is required.
Broken Appointments
We require 24-hour notice of your inability to keep your appointment or you may incur up to a $50 per-hour-scheduled missed appointment charge.
Emergencies
Payment in full is expected at the first appointment.
Be prepared to pay up to $200.
Crown and Bridge and Denture Cases
A 1/2 Down Payment will be required before the case will be sent to the laboratory.
