
Dr. Richard B. Fuller was born at a U.S. ARMY MASH UNIT in Austria in 1953 where his father was staioned as an ARMY Oral Surgeon. His family returned to the United States in 1955 and in 1957 they settled in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Dr. Fuller attended Highland Park Senior High School in St. Paul. In 1975, he received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota.
Dr. Fuller received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1979. He has been in private practice in Eagan, Minnesota since then. Dr. Fuller is a member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the St. Paul District Dental Society, the Dakota County Dental Society, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He is also invloved with the Minnesota Dental Disaster I.D. Team and the Dakota County Medical Reserve Corp.
Involved in many community activities, Dr. Fuller is a 1987 charter member of the Rotary International Club of Eagan Minnesota and is active with the Northern Star Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is also a past member of the Advisory Committee for the Southwest Area YMCA.
Dr. Fuller and his wife Valerie live in Apple Valley. In the summer they enjoy boating on the St Croix River. Other hobbies include kayaking, scuba diving and downhill skiing. Dr. Fuller has also been a member of both the National Ski Patrol and Afton Alps Ski Patrol since 1985 and patrols at Afton Alps Ski Area.
